Design and programming
Simulation: Cost evaluation is done using high end software actuated Simulation techniques without actual production. Tool path and Tool applications are explained to the customers to achieve best possible and justified cost.

Machines: Best machining control (Fanuc / Siemens) are available with CNC turning centres16 numbers, CNC sliding head TURN O MILLER five numbers, CNC Polygon Turning and Milling machines 3 numbers, PLC controlled polygon turning machines 2 numbers conventional turning lathes, Measurement (Vmm Vision Measurement System, Coordinate Marking Machine), Laser marking and engraving machine for branding, Secondary operation machine 5 and adding machines every year.
With enhancement in number and improvisation with technology we are capable of producing half a million components per month. We have core expertise in REVERSE Engineering and Imitation Engineering for the production of Precision components and assemblies. We produce identical components in the minimum lead time.
